Lieutenant Colonel William Bradshaw is the Commander of the Intelligence Support Activity, an intelligence unit dedicated supporting JSOC operations. He was captured by KROWE terrorists who tried to use him to gain access to the United States' defense networks. He was then rescued by Sam Fisher.
