Training Facility is the first cooperative campaign level in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. Agent One and Agent Two must complete the training course at the Third Echelon Training Facility in order to begin their first mission.

As Splinter Cells in training, you must learn to trust each other to complete your objectives. The only things standing between you and failure are your wits, and your partner. Learn to work together to accomplish missions that could not be completed by an individual Agent.

| Access panels for detailed information about moves and equipment. | The wall mounted panels can provide detailed information about the moves and equipment at your disposal. Check the panels to get through each area. |
| Jump over the wall using the Short Scale. | Work together to get one agent over the wall. The door can be opened from the other side. |
| Use the jammer to avoid detection by the camera. | Synchronize yourselves using the jammer to avoid being detected by the camera. |
| Complete the Tomoe Nage move. | Use the Tomoe Nage to throw your teammate over the laser and deactivate the laser using the switch. |
| Hack the computer to deactivate the laser using the Hangover move. | Work together to deactivate the lasers before entering the small room. |
| Hack the dual retinal scan to unlock the door. | Each agent will need to hack a retinal scanner to open the door. Failure is dangerous. |
| Complete the Dual Rappelling move. | Help your teammate to reach the upper part using the Dual Rappelling. |
| Reach the end of the level with success. | Work together to reach the end of the level. |
