Biography
2011: Third Echelon Conspiracy
Oscar was a pilot who flew the cargo plane from Malta to Price Arifield, Virginia. During the transportation of Sam Fisher, he told Jeremy Prentiss that his pay didn't include the 'extra' equipment and 'extra' cargo. Prentiss told Oscar to take it up with Third Echelon director Tom Reed. Later, Oscar asked Reed about his pay causing Reed pull out his P228 and shoot Oscar to death. Reed left Oscar's body in the chair he was sitting in.
