Oscar Laboy was a Black Arrow pilot in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction.

Biography[edit | edit source]

2011: Third Echelon Conspiracy[edit | edit source]

Oscar was a pilot who flew the cargo plane from Malta to Price Airfield, Virginia. During the transportation of Sam Fisher, he told Jeremy Prentiss that his pay didn't include the 'extra' equipment and 'extra' cargo. Prentiss told Oscar to take it up with Third Echelon director Tom Reed. Later, Oscar asked Reed about his pay causing Reed pull out his P228 and shoot Oscar to death. Reed left Oscar's body in the chair he was sitting in.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Oscar was voiced by Larry Day, who also voiced Vice President Calvin Samson.
  • It is possible that he was present during the raid to Mozdok Proving Grounds and stole the EMP with Kobin and agents Archer and Kestrel as it shows at the beginning of Price Airfield that Sam awakes in a plane similar to that one.
