Subject: RE: Progress | I look forward to finalizing the details of delivery and of payment, so that we can move to a final, operational stage. From: Emile Dufraisne Subject: Progress Date: 4-Mar-08 Gentlemen: We are entering the final stage of our plan. Despite the unanticipated interruption of the test of our technology in Cozumel, we are ready to put both bombs into the field and use them. Massoud Ibn-Yussiff, please confirm details on the transfer of your device to you and your people. Mine are ready to go whenever I give the word, and will happily make whatever sacrifice is necessary for the sake of our sacred cause. I thank you again for joining with us in this most noble enterprise.

Subject: RE: RE: Lab Security | All right, Jamie. It sounds like everything is under control. Thank you for reassuring me about the bomb, though I must confess, a few more emails like that and I'll start worrying about you. From: Jamie Washington Subject: RE: Lab Security Date: 4-Mar-08 Emile, God himself couldn't get to that bomb if we didn't give him permission. The entire setup is protected with laser sensors that will tell the bomb to seal its casing if they're interrupted. If anyone gets past that, opening the bomb casing to remove the detonator is going to cause the whole assembly to heat up, fast. It wouldn't take long to hit critical and blow, taking whoever's trying to defuse it with them. So no worries. Our baby's going to go boom no matter what. From: Emile Dufraisne Subject: Lab Security Date: 4-Mar-08 Jamie, are you certain that the security measures we have in place on the device in the lab are sufficient? We cannot be too careful under these circumstances.
