The half-split jump is a physical maneuver that can be performed in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow and (in a similar manner) Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory.
Description[]
The half-split jump is performed similarly to the split jump, but with one leg bent and one leg stretched out causing the person to lean to one side. The half-split jump allows the player to reach upper ledges to climb up to higher elevations within the environment. Unlike the split jump maneuver, the half-split jump is done performed in much narrower spaces.
Trivia[]
- Although widely believed to appear only in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, the half split jump also appears in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory in several areas; although, it is much harder to notice due to tight camera angles.
