Part 3 – The Blackout: With the lights out, it won't take much to incite a riot. Access the control room and open the cells.

Trivia[]

  • The Xbox version has secret characters: enter the elevator by shooting four bolts on the hatch and meet Vanilla. If you bring fish, then Vanilla will become ill and the mission will fail. Bring him flowers from the big office and he will ask you to meet his friend Cookie.
