Cozumel is the fifth solo campaign level in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent (Version 2). Sam Fisher and Enrica are aboard a honeymoon cruise ship off the coast of Cozumel, Mexico, under orders of Emile to test a sample of Red Mercury.

Briefing[]

Part 1 – Honeymoon Cruise: With the money stolen in New York, Dufraisne has bought a sample Red Mercury device. He intends to test it out by detonating it on a cruise ship.

Part 2 – Bomb Drill: The bomb has been smuggled aboard ship using a small boat. Get to it, and bring the device to Enrica so she can install it in the ship's engine room.

Part 1 – Honeymoon Cruise
Primary Objectives
JBA Help Enrica install comm relay. Enrica has set the bomb to be triggered via a call from her cell phone. For that call to be received, a relay must be placed on the ship. With all the police crawling around, Enrica cannot risk doing it alone.
JBA Help Enrica reach the comm room. For the communication relay to function, Enrica must patch it into the ship's radio console. Help Enrica reach the communications room.
Opportunity Objectives
Echelon Obtain passenger manifest. If the mission goes wrong and the boat explodes, the passenger manifest wilt help identify the victims.
Part 2 – Bomb Drill
Primary Objectives
JBA Recover the bomb. The JBA has managed to smuggle the Red Mercury device aboard by hiding it on a small service boat currently anchored in the ship's interior dock.
JBA Deliver the bomb and help Enrica reach the fuel tank. Hand over the bomb to Enrica and then help her reach the fuel tank so she can install the bomb.
JBA Extract via the service boat. Backtrack to the service boat in the ship's interior dock. It will be your means of escape once Enrica reaches you.
JBA Gain access to a computer.[1] Find a computer and link up directly with Emile [Link up with Emile].
Echelon Gain access to a computer.[1] Find a computer and link up directly with assistant director Williams to prove the mission is still on track [Link up with Third Echelon].
Opposing Objectives
Echelon Disable Enrica's cell phone. Enrica's cell phone is the trigger mechanism for the Red Mercury device. Plant a virus on it to scramble the ignition sequence it will send to the bomb's relay. This will prevent detonation.
JBA Protect Enrica's cell phone. Enrica's cell phone is the trigger mechanism for the Red Mercury device. If anything happens to it, the bomb may not go off.
Opportunity Objectives
Echelon Disable ship's engines. Disabling the ship's engines will prevent it from being too close to shore if it explodes. This might save thousands of lives.
Echelon Delete camera records. Your presence on board this ship must never be known. Erase any evidence.

  1. 1.0 1.1 The goal periodically arises throughout the game with the loss of complete trust of one of the sides.
  • Mexican police aboard the ship carry XM29 OICW rifles on the PS2/GameСube/Wii versions, while they carry AK-47s on the Xbox.
  • In the center of the ship in Xbox version there is a swimming pool, but in PS2/GameСube/Wii versions there is the dance floor with speakers that can be included to distract the police.
