Bank (N-Gage/DS) is the second solo campaign level in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory (N-Gage/DS).
Briefing[]
Someone hired Hugo Locerda to capture and interrogate Morgenholt. Information on the exchange can be traced all the way to the MCAS Banco de Panama which acted as a proxy for some unknown party. To facilitate analysis of the bank's records, the agent will have to avoid detection and retrieve information about Hugo Lacerda's employer.

| Infiltrate the bank. | You must get inside the MCAS Banco de Panama in order to retrieve critical information. |
| Do not kill anyone. | Remember. We're dealing with civilians here. You know what not to do. |
| Authorize vault door opening. | You can't open the vault without authorizing it first. Activate the first two authorization locks in the server room and the third in the president's room before time runs out. |
| Uncover identity. | Determine who the MCAS Bank purchased the arms for. The bank's personnel store their hard drives in the vault for overnight safe keeping. Penetrate the vault to complete this objective. |
| Steal fifty million. | It is important that this mission remain discrete. Echelon does not want to scare potential enemies into hiding. Steal $50 000 000 worth of bonds from the vault in order to make the operation look like a robbery and cover up the fact that you have accessed the data on the hard drives. |
| Go to the extraction point. | Get yourself to the extraction point alive. A new mission is waiting for you. |

| Find transaction records. | Hack into the bank's archives and search for any records that might give Echelon a clue as to who else is involved in the recent transactions. |
| Camouflage the operation. | Upload a series of false emails to make the robbery look like an inside job. There are 8 different computers scattered throughout the bank that you can hack into. |

| MCAS Banco de Panama | An opulent Spanish Colonial building that once belonged to Noriega's government and held, behind its hardened vault, a significant amount of his personal and ill-gotten wealth, including precious metals and gems. |
| The secret tunnel | Noriega used to smuggle his drug money through a tunnel that was secretly built under the bank. When the bank was privatized, knowledge of the tunnel was lost. The tunnel's existence was uncovered in 1989 by a CIA team that went in looking for some of Noriega's drug money. Third Echelon agent Sam Fisher was part of that team. The tunnel had an emergency exit that used to lead outside of the bank's perimeter, but, as recent renovations caused the bank to expand, the exit now leads directly into the bank's courtyard. | The vault door | The door is made of silver, gold and titanium and is more than a metre thich and nearly three metres large. The vault is almost a treasure itself. It is the pinnacle of physical security, and the bank's pride. However, as the vault door's mechanism needs to be preserved from excessive heat, a ventilation system runs right above the vault. Although it remains impossible to get inside the vault, this would still allow someone to get a glance of the vault's serial number which is carved on a metal plate above it. |

It probably belongs to a long time client. Someone that had an account with MCAS even before I was in charge. Still, I can't resolve myself to force the lock. | I'm not a thief. | Of course I'm not. The French bonds were transferred to the bank shortly before my intrusion. Third Echelon introduced an undetectable substance into the bonds that kept on emitting heat. That is why I was able to detect them with my heat sensor. | Picking locks has only one chance before fail or cancel. It's a hard work. If you want to open all the doors and necessary boxes faster, then do it exclusively in this sequence, but cancellation of any actions will bring down all the settings. The hacking of the boxes goes in a circle: first on the left, then on the right. You have 2 minutes before the safe closes. | |

- The secret tunnel has been dropped from DS version.
- Bonus N-Gage: When you escape from the bank where is a corridor between two doors. Look up and jump on the splits. Unlocks Camouflage Sam.
- Bonus DS: Inside the bank vault in the farthest left-hand corner, left of the computer [Save box Left #10]. No visible heat signature, but it's the only other 3 piston lock. The bonus will be dropped on the floor and you'll have to pick it up. Unlocks Short Sleeved Sam – Relaxed, pleated fit. wrinkle-free and permanent front crease for a crisp look. 100% washed cotton twill. Machine washable. Imported.
